I believe “talk therapy” by itself is not enough to work through trauma, repair relationships, and mend attachment hurts. I combine cognitive and experiential interventions to help you process issues in a profound and meaningful way. The methods I use, including EMDR, PACT, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy are rooted in neuroscience, attachment psychology, body awareness, and mindfulness. As a somatic psychotherapist, I view the body, mind, and emotions as intricately connected and I weave all three in the therapeutic process. My telehealth practice conducts all sessions online through a HIPAA compliant video platform.
